Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shree Ram Raksha Travels, we are committed to providing fair, transparent and customer-friendly booking policies.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking stage and applicable deductions.
2. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance payment.
3. No refund will be applicable once the trip has started.
4. If the booking is cancelled by Shree Ram Raksha Travels due to vehicle unavailability or any operational reason, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the advance amount.
Refund Policy
1. Advance payments are generally adjusted against confirmed bookings and refund eligibility depends on the booking status and cancellation timing.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
3. Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
