Welcome to Shree Ram Raksha Travels. By booking our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Please provide accurate pickup and drop details.
2. Payment
Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Remaining payment can be paid before or after the trip as agreed.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
4. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must maintain proper behaviour during the journey.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
6. Pricing
Toll Tax, Parking Charges and State Entry Taxes are extra unless otherwise mentioned.
Final fare will be as agreed at the time of booking.
7. Liability
We strive to provide safe and reliable service but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
